The Laurel Health Centers wish everyone a safe Memorial Day weekend to connect with friends and family as we remember and honor the service and sacrifice of so many.

All Laurel Health sites will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026 in recognition of the Memorial Day holiday. This includes all Laurel Health Centers, Laurel Dental offices, Laurel Health Administration, and our Laurel Behavioral Health outpatient office, located within the Laurel Health & Wellness Center in Mansfield, PA. We will re-open the following day with our usual business hours.

If you need urgent, immediate medical assistance over the holiday, don't wait; please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
