The Laurel Health Centers wish you a happy and healthy holiday season! To allow our staff time to celebrate the holidays with loved ones, Laurel Health will be closed to celebrate Christmas and New Year's Day.

Our 2025 winter holiday schedule is as follows:

• Christmas Eve: All Laurel Health offices will close at 12 pm on December 24thexcept for the Mansfield Laurel Health Center's walk-in care program, which will remain open until 5 pm on Christmas Eve (12/24/2025).

• Christmas Day: All Laurel Health offices will be closed December 25th for Christmas Day. Laurel Dental Towanda at York Avenue will remain closed on December 26th; the rest of our sites will re-open on December 26, 2025 with regular business hours. 

• New Year's Eve: Laurel Behavioral Health will close early at 5 pm on December 31st to avoid late night travel for patients and staff on New Year's Eve. All other sites will hold regular business hours.
  
  
• New Year's Day: All Laurel Health offices will be closed on January 1st for New Year's Day. 

When referring to all sites being closed for a holiday, we are referring to all Laurel Health locations: 

• Laurel Health Centers 
  
• Laurel Dental offices 
• Laurel Behavioral Health 
• The Laurel Health & Wellness Center 
• Laurel Pediatrics 
• Laurel Health Administration 
• Laurel Health's walk-in care programs in Mansfield, Wellsboro, and Troy, PA. Note: Wellsboro and Troy's walk-in care programs will close early on 12/24 at 12 pm. The Mansfield LHC's walk-in care program will remain open until 5 pm on Christmas Eve (12/24). All walk-in care locations will be closed on 12/25 and 1/1. 

Need help scheduling or rescheduling an appointment over the holidays? Our nurse triage team is always available to help with appointments, relay messages, and answer non-emergency health questions. Simply call your LHC office to be automatically connected after-hours or call 1-844-284-6589. 

Please note that the nurse triage line is not intended to assist with health emergencies. If you or a loved one may be experiencing a health emergency, please always call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
